We are a unique Chicago experience that allows people to experience sauna and cold plunging on Chicago’s most iconic beach under the city skyline..

While there are plenty of health benefits to hot and cold immersion, the one we like most is community. This is a social space designed to be the answer to loneliness. Come do something healthy for yourself while having a conversation, looking others in the eye instead of over zoom, and finding peace while listening to music and enjoying the serene view that is Lake Michigan in all her glory.

Company Overview

I started this company knowing people needed a way to feel alive in the winter when its easy to get couped up in your apartment.

I came across hot and cold immersion while living in NYC and tried fervently since to start my own. NYC, DC, I tried and failed permitting. Now I’ve landed in a place I call home (chi) and I couldn’t be happier with its success and the community its created.

There truly is no better feeling than having something you pour your soul into flourish, and I hope to make Chicago just as fun in the winter as it is in the summer!
